An international non-governmental organization, CARE has local employees and community partners in over 90 countries. We address poverty and inequality locally, promoting dignity for all on a daily basis as well as in times of crisis.
The administrative intern’s role is to support the operations team by doing a range of clerical tasks. She must coordinate with the administrative assistant to support the unit’s daily administrative operations and maintain accurate, thorough, and up-to-date records of all BSM-related topics.
In the areas of office management and administration, the intern offers crucial assistance. This include preserving connections between departments, setting up a system for documentation and managing the correct filing of papers, obtaining stationery and other secretarial support to help with meeting planning, and making sure the Unit operates smoothly.

Requirements
Basic studies in gender, public health, nutrition, food security, livelihoods, and sociology/social works
2023–2024 fresh graduate female

Required Technical Capabilities
- Strong verbal and writing English language abilities
- strong computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, etc.)
- steadfast commitment to gender equality and awareness of vulnerable populations
- Flexible, ready to operate in a multicultural workplace, and a team player
- Prompt learning speed, effective communication, and robust interpersonal abilities.

Position 2: MIS Intern
Requirements include a BA/BSC in statistics, mathematics, project management, data management, monitoring and evaluation, information technology (IT), management information system (MIS), and related fields.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Zero (0) Year (Ability to work under pressure, strong analytical and statistical abilities, exceptional writing abilities, team player, and problem solver)
TECHNICAL ASPECTS
- good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- strong computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Access, ArcGIS, etc.)
- Research and data handling abilities
- Various data management programs and how they are used
- steadfast commitment to gender equality and awareness of vulnerable populations
- Flexible, a team player, and able to operate in a multicultural environment
- Prompt learning speed, effective communication, and robust interpersonal abilities.
