First Position: Specialist in Junior Customer Service

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

Graduates with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 who have completed their BA in accounting, banking & insurance, banking & finance, management, business administration, sales, marketing, or economics in the years 2023 and 2024 G.C.

It is not necessary to have any prior experience.

25 years old or younger

It is necessary to take the exit exam.

Branch auditor is the Second position

Work Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, management, banking & finance, or other similar discipline is required, along with three and a half years of experience in internal and external auditing—ideally in the banking sector.

Post 3: Senior Specialist in Customer Service (IFB)

Workplace Need

a four-year experience in banking operations, with at least one year spent in a CSS position, or a four-year experience in the same fields with a diploma (Level IV) in accounting and finance, banking and finance, management, business management, economics, marketing management, or any other related field with 2.5 years of experience.

Post 4: Grade B (IFB) Branch Accounts Administrator

Workplace Need

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, banking and insurance, banking and finance, or a related profession, and three and a half years of banking experience—at least a year spent as a senior customer service officer or in a job somewhat similar.

Senior Project Coordination Technical Position No. 5

Workplace Need

degree in computer science or information systems, or a similar discipline, and five to three years of experience in IT, including two or more years spent working as a project management officer.

Workplace Need

I have a BA/MBA in management, accounting, and similar subjects, and I have 5.5/3.5 years of business (banking) experience, including more than two years as a project management officer.

Workplace Need

with 9.5/7.5 years of experience in IT or business, of which 2+ years of experience in an IT project management role, and a BSc or MSc in computer science, information systems, business, or other relevant subjects.

Workplace Need

With 6.5 years of experience, an MA or MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry, of which two years were spent as a customer services manager (grade B) or three years as a Branch Accounts Administrator (grade A).
