Manager of Customer Service I at the Meliyu Branch
Workplace: Meliyu Town DB/Vacancy-0196/24

In order to ensure operational excellence and provide exceptional services for high customer satisfaction levels, the Customer Service Manager will assist the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of the Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officers (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch. This will support the Bank’s growth.

Professional and Academic Background

• Experience in accounting, management, economics, or business administration-related discipline at the bachelor’s degree level
• Six (6) years of minimum banking experience

• Thorough understanding and efficient implementation of all pertinent banking rules, guidelines, processes, and procedures to reliably meet benchmarks or compliance requirements.
• The capacity to reply to simple client questions and requests, as well as to offer advice and handle the majority of requests and problems.
• Proficiency in project management
