First Position: Male Security Guard I

Qualification: Completion of Grades 10 and 12

Experience: two and a half years of relevant military or law enforcement experience

Age range: 25–50

The role’s objective is to support the Bank’s operations by safeguarding the organization’s and its employees’ safety and security and by making sure that a friendly and secure environment is provided for customer service.

Typical Functions:

patrolling, guarding, and making sure that buildings and other assets are protected
Permit people and cars to enter
Report any questionable actions or behaviors.
Particular Roles:

  • Prevent inventory losses by reporting broken, missing, and inconsistent items;
  • When using radio or other communication devices, speak clearly and succinctly;
  • Write up daily activity, observation, and incident reports;
  • Manage additional responsibilities as needed.

Workplace: Dilla, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Cashier/Senior Customer Service Representative

The prerequisite is a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, accounting, business administration, economics, management, or any similar discipline.

Three years of experience operating banks as a CSO, CSR, CSE, or in a position similar to these.

The goal of the job is to raise resource mobilisation efforts for the Branch by cross-selling the Bank’s goods and services, and to improve customer satisfaction by managing front-line customer service tasks with appropriate care and efficiency.

Typical Functions:

  • Strengthen your business relationships with clients and promote the bank’s good reputation in the neighbourhood.
  • Send timely, pertinent, accurate, and comprehensive reports on the plan’s performance to the relevant organ.
  • Showcase the Bank’s code of conduct at work and when adhering to the organisational culture of the bank.
  • abide by the service level agreement when providing services.
  • Assist in achieving the bank’s profitability goals.
  • Adopt collaborative, transparent, and team-oriented work practices.
  • Respect the Bank’s internal control system and risk management initiative.
