This role is in charge of managing and organizing cheque clearance activities, organizing the bank’s cash movement, and creating, updating, and monitoring the bank’s budget in addition to proactively responding to Branches’ requests for cash.

In addition to selling the bank’s goods and services, acquiring new clients, opening and maintaining customer accounts, accepting cash payments, and processing transactions following bank policies and procedures, this role is also accountable for managing customer relations, assuring customer satisfaction, and serving customers with all effort and care possible.

Job 4: Manager, Banking Centre Training:
a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, management, economics, or other related subjects.
Minimum Years of Experience in Work:
eighteen(8) years of progressive, relevant experience, at least two(2) of those years spent as a branch manager.
The incumbent is in charge of organizing, leading, and coordinating the tasks assigned to the Branch (Banking Centre), which include:

Experience
two years as a senior officer/CSO III or one year as a principal officer in a supervisory capacity, out of a minimum of five years of relevant experience
The incumbent is in charge of supporting the Branch Manager in carrying out the duties of the Banking Centre, ensuring that it runs smoothly and meets the bank’s strategy and set goals, managing day-to-day operations, deposit mobilisation, credit processing, trade service requests, and other retail banking services, and making sure that all activities are carried out in compliance with applicable NBE directives and Bank policies and procedures.
